How it works

1. Choose your rental dates

Choose the dates of your rental period on the date picker bar. Our minimum is 4 weeks. The delivery and pick up dates will be verified before and during your rental period and can be extended to fit renewal requests. We'll need about 5 days notice in order to schedule a pick up, otherwise it will be considered a renewal. 


2. Add items to your cart

Browse our wide selection of stylish furniture and fill your cart with the items you need to create your dream spaces. The items are organized by categories as well as collections to make it easy to navigate and make sure you have everything you need. The search bar is handy for searching specific words. If you can't find what you need, feel free to reach out and we can help!


3. Send us your rental request

Once you have added everything you need to your cart, "complete your request". You can log in or create and account with us. Add the delivery address and and information about stairs or moving obstacles for the day of delivery. Then press the "submit request" button. You will receive an automated email letting you know we got your request.


4. Receive our contract and by email

After your request is received, we will be in contact with you to verify dates, furniture pieces, and delivery address. We will add these to our system and send your confirmation email, contract and invoice. The invoice can be paid upon delivery with a secure payment link from Stripe. 


5. Order Confirmation and Delivery Date reserved

Once we receive the contract and payment agreement, we can secure your dates and reserve the inventory for your order. We will contact you with a time window ahead of your delivery. If you need to make changes to your order items, dates or times, please contact us 48 hours ahead of time.
